We might stay again. The down side: The room was very small...barely able to navigate around the bed. Upside: The bed and bed linens were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well appointed, and the location was convenient. It is also nice to have staff who are friendly and responsive without over doing it.

It is a dirty hotel. As soon as you entered the room, it stunk. The linnen stunk like someones bad body odour, room service took the smelly spread and did not return a clean one. I asked for new pillows as they also smelled. They only had 3 available (originally had 5). The hallway looks like it is never vaccumed and there are old dirty stains on the carpet all the way to the elevator. This room made me feel like a homeless person was in it prior to our arrival. We were not impressed with the women who looks after the breakfast bar, she could not care less if the food was replenished. i asked if there was anymore fruit and she motioned to the only apple left. The desk staff were very nice. I felt dirtier after my shower. Would not recommend this hotel if you are a clean person. It is also in a bad part of town. Filthy!

I enjoyed my 5 days stay at this hotel from 25 mar to 31 mar 2015 due to the following reasons; a) 5 minutes walk to times square b) 10-15 minutes walk to all the major new York attractions such as empire state building, chrsyler building, central park , grand central station, 5th avenue and others c) 5 minutes walk to subway d) close to restaurant and tour guide agency However, the room was a bit small and a bit pricey. I will consider staying again at this hotel for my next new York trip in the future if the hotel offers cheaper rate during off peak season.
